Jennie Hartley

EAT of NJ Board Secretary,
MSCMHC, LAC, NCC - National Certified Counselor, EAGALA Certified Equine Specialist, EMDR and Equine Connected EMDR trained

I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor and a compassionate therapist, combining practical expertise with the wisdom I’ve gathered from my own life journey. I earned my Master’s degree in Pastoral Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Neumann University, and I’m also an Equine Specialist certified through EAGALA, as well as a trained EMDR and Equine Connected EMDR practitioner.

Growing up on a farm gave me a deep connection to nature and a profound respect for the healing power of horses. That early foundation, along with a wide range of life experiences—including competitive equestrian riding, goldsmithing, motherhood, early childhood education, and my personal journey through cancer—has shaped the way I understand human resilience and the complexities of the human experience.
I bring deep empathy and compassion to my work with individuals who are moving through difficult life transitions, experiencing pain, or living in uncertainty. Whether you’re drawn to the healing presence of horses, prefer a quiet walk in nature, or feel more comfortable in a traditional office setting, I offer a safe and authentic therapeutic space.

My goal is to help you find your true voice, recognize and move through inner blocks, and ultimately discover a renewed sense of hope and healing.Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your situation and see if I can be of support to you in your healing journey. My number is 610-422-7108 and my email address is [email protected].
