About This ClinicNancy Zintsmaster, Instructor, Master Trainer, and Co-Founder of the Carolyn Resnick Method of Horsemanship, will teach you a new way to communicate with horses using the Waterhole Rituals. In this clinic, you will learn the entire Waterhole Rituals Liberty Training method, developed by Carolyn Resnick through her profound observation of horses in the wild. This method focuses on creating a natural, cross-species bond by understanding and communicating with your horse based on their natural instincts and how they interact with one another.
You’ll gain the skills to feel safe and confident on the ground, using body language, energy, and intention in a way your horse can understand—all at Liberty, without tack, in a free and open environment where the horse has a choice and a voice. You’ll also discover how to find your entry point of connection, even when your horse says “no,” and how to inspire a willing “yes.”
Through this journey, you’ll engage in self-realization, learning how to become the best version of yourself for your horse while developing a relationship built on trust and mutual respect.
This method of Liberty Training® is the foundation for developing top-tier horsemanship skills, giving the horse a better deal and setting students up for success in any equestrian discipline.
Clinic Participation Options
Demos, Group, and Individual instruction (hands on participants only)
3 Days- Hands-On Participation: $1200 (hands-on practice and coaching with horses)
If you are planning to bring your horse there is a $50 per night board fee paid to the facility at time of arrival.3 Days Auditor -$450
For those who prefer to observe, auditing allows you to be a full participant in the experience without hands-on practice. As an auditor, you can ask questions, engage in group exercises, and gain valuable insights from watching others being coached by Nancy Zintsmaster.

Engaging in follow-up coaching sessions after a clinic can significantly enhance your learning experience. It allows for personalized feedback and guidance, helping you and your horse progress more effectively.
