October 9th - Saturday Morning Refresh
Ready to relax, unwind, and set your intentions for the weekend? Join us Saturday mornings from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM on the second Saturday of each month. Groups are limited to 10 individuals and for two hours you can make the most of your morning. Each event is different and will focus on an activity to help you relax and loosen up after a long week.
Examples of events include:
Coffee, tea, and light snacks will be provided.
